ScreenCloud Limited (‘ScreenCloud’, ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’) take data protection very seriously and we are committed to protecting your personal information.
This explains what information we gather about you, what we use that information for, and who we give that information to. It also sets out your rights in relation to your information, how long we keep it and who you can contact for more information.

*Meeting Room Software - Using Google Calendar and Gsuite
ScreenCloud has built a Meeting Room app that allows you to add, edit and delete meeting room requests from your Google calendar or from our web app that integrates with your Google calendar. This will then show the meetings booked for a particular room on its associated screen.
We analyze your user's permission role inside your GSuite account as Gsuite users have different functionality to non-GSuite users. We do get/ analyze a user's Google calendar data on the scheduling screen to help users manage their schedule directly through our meeting room software
We also read/write/update/delete a user's calendar data to help users manage their schedule directly through our app.

Retention of personal information
We will retain your personal information only for as long as we need it, given the purposes for which it was collected, or as required to do so by law.

Where we are legally required to obtain your consent to provide you with marketing materials, we will only provide you with such marketing materials if you have provided consent for us to do so.

Automated decision making
